Complete the application form
Fill out the Kyrgyzstan Visa Support and Letter of Invitation application form.
Send a passport copy
Email us a clear, high-quality colour scan of your passport information page.
Send an employment letter
Email us a scan of an employment letter. Self-employed applicants, freelancers, retirees and housewives do not need to provide it.
Application submission
After receiving the required documents and payment, we will submit your application to the relevant Kyrgyz authorities.
2 Invitation Letter Prices
Single-Entry Invitation Letter

Stay in Kyrgyzstan for up to 30 days
Standard processing time: 3-5 business days.
*The cost of the invitation letter for certain nationalities and travel document holders may vary. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan may deny an application without explanation. Once processing has started, payments are non-refundable in cases of rejection, delay or another result. Applicants cannot reapply within one year if the invitation is rejected.
3 What Happens After Approval?
- We will send you the approved Kyrgyzstan Letter of Invitation with its official reference details.
- You will receive the relevant Kyrgyzstan visa application information.
- Electronic visa holders may arrive through Manas or Osh airports or approved land border crossings.
- Please carefully check all personal and passport details before submitting your visa application.
